James Ingram
James brings more than 30 years of industry experience to his role at the helm of Ingram Advisory.
From teenage stints as a kitchen hand, to top-tier executive positions in leading companies, there is no aspect of the hospitality industry that has escaped his purview over the past three decades.
His career has seen him own and operate his own award-winning venues including, The Dry Dock and International Restaurant & Bar, to holding executive leadership roles with esteemed organisations including; Merivale, as Group General Manager - Food & Beverage, Solotel, as Group General Manager - Projects & Development and Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of Etymon Projects – a subsidiary of Aqualand Property Group, among other prominent appointments. James also sits on the Advisory Board for Hawke’s Brewing Co.
James’ passion and dedication to the art of hospitality is underscored by a collaborative, people-centric and considered approach, which has seen him deliver creative and commercial success for start-up ventures and established organisations.
Through Ingram Advisory, James provides strategic and creative advisory services to a range of industry sectors across hospitality, leisure, design, property and government.
